The company, which is situated in Jepara, Indonesia, offers high-quality Teak Wood Furniture and Teak Reclaimed/Recycled Furniture. Our furniture is a world-class product due to the years of experience that have been accumulated. Our products have been exported to numerous countries worldwide.
Our teak patio furniture is crafted from high-quality teakwood that we personally procure from legal government teak plantations and reclaimed teak items from old houses. The teak wood is meticulously selected and subsequently dried in a kiln dry chamber. The resulting product is manufactured using the appropriate machinery.
The items are subsequently hand-sanded until they are polished. The majority of our premium-grade teak garden furniture is left in its natural form, and we do not apply any teak oil, finishing solvents, stains, or varnishes. Teak wood is immaculate and possesses a special character. In the authentic assembly manufacturing process, we perform everything from the wood determination procedure to the saw processing, primitive materials arrangement, part cutting, assembly, assembly, pressing, and stacking.

A teak wood plank is displayed above. It is evident that it contains two colors or regions. The Premium Grade, which is typically referred to as “heart of wood,” is a darker, golden brown. It is devoid of the white or brighter area that is referred to as “skin” or “shapwood.” Our Grade C products will be a combination of the two. The inquiry is: How do we manufacture Grade B products in accordance with the pricelist? We apply a specific coating that alters the color of the outer area to a brighter, whiter hue, ensuring that it is as close to the heart of the wood as possible, thereby achieving the status of Premium Grade, based on grade C. Kindly verify that the images are accurate.
The left chair is constructed from Premium Grade teak, as evidenced by the clear, even color shown above. It is devoid of white. Then, a varnish is applied to the mid-chair, which is constructed from Grade C, to ensure that the color is as close to Premium Grade as possible. Lastly, the right chair, which was initially a Grade C.
